We currently ship to:
• United Kingdom (Mainland and Northern Ireland)
• International destinations (please check availability at checkout)
Dispatch Times
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
Delivery Methods & Times
• UK Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or courier
• UK Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
• International Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 working days)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method. Any import duties or customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations
We aim for complete satisfaction, but we understand that you may need to return an item.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
To cancel:
1. Email us at contact@progvault.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return the item within a further 14 days.
Return Conditions
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
• Items explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description (e.g. clearance or heavily damaged items)
• Any item not in its original condition or returned beyond the return window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
• We will either refund, replace, or offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.
